Where are your products made?

- All of our products are designed and handmade in Iowa.

How soon will my order be shipped out?

- We strive to get every order shipped out within 24 hours.  If we are extremely busy, it may take 48-72 hours to get it made and shipped out.  

How will my order be shipped?

- All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS).  Orders will be shipped out using First Class (2-5 days), unless you pay for Priority.  If you pay for Priority, then your order will be shipped out in a Priority Flat Rate Envelope.  

Why hasn't my order been delivered, but the tracking says it's delivered?

- Please understand that we are not the shipping service.  If the order is marked delivered and you don't have it, then please speak with your local USPS office.  If you've spoken with your local USPS and still don't have your package, then please contact us.
